Global Media Alliance Adjudged PR Consultancy of the Year
Global Media Alliance has been adjudged the PR Consultancy of the Year at the Public Relations Excellence Awards and Presidential Ball held at the State Banquet Hall over the weekend. The event was organized by the Institute of Public Relations Ghana, as part of activities to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Institute.
Reading the citation for the award, Mr. Henry Nii Dottey, Honorary Secretary of the Institute noted that the “company’s invaluable contribution to the recognition of the value of Public Relations for businesses, coupled with its delivery of innovative public relations counsel and services to local and international companies to grow their business”, led to Global Media Alliance winning the prestigious and highly competitive award.
Receiving the award, the Head of Corporate Communications at Global Media Alliance (GMA), Rosemond Aryeetey expressed her gratitude to all employees for their hard work and dedication, and thanked the media for their great support, as well as clients for the unique opportunity to serve them.

4th March , 2013: The Mercy Social Centre in Ashalebotwe will again this year be beneficiaries of the proceeds of the third edition of the Lakeside Marina/Happy FM Fun Run. Last year, the management of Happy fm and Lakeside Marina donated items to support continuous care for the inhabitants of the centre. Held on 6th March, the fun run seeks to contribute to a healthier society by drumming home the long-term benefits of developing a healthy lifestyle, highlighting the health benefits of exercise and sports, and ultimately celebrating life and good health among Ghanaians.
